Adam Kwiecień supports agile teams and organizational transformation in mBank as Agile Coach. He started his agile journey in Orange in 2013 as Scrum Master. He previously worked on change management in small teams as well as in international corporations. Adam gained his experience as Agile Coach and Scrum Master but also as project manager, analyst, IT solutions expert, consultant and product manager.
He gets most satisfaction from supporting people and teams in growth and development, loves to share his experience and knowledge. In everyday work he focuses on strengthening motivation, effective communication, involvement, creativity. Leading by example he shows how acting with courage can support business. He’s a fan of efficient and self-organising teams, he is always a source of positivity, and a positive deviance hunter 🙂

Workshop—Leader's toolkit

This workshop will be held in Polish.

If you would like to know what kind of leader you are, if you are wondering whether to lead and support or command and control – this workshop is for you. We’ll show you different faces of leadership and try to choose together the best way of leading people. Based on exercises you will be able to test and feel which leadership style best suits you. We will also give you ready to use tools for you and your team.
Together we’ll reflect on
- What is the essence of leader’s role in a team and organization
- How a leader can support and develop his people in everyday work
- How can he change the work environment

We invite to our workshop formal and informal leaders and everyone who on a daily basis in any possible way plays the leader’s role.
Session will be in Polish.
