Bożena Andrzejak
Coach, mentor, facilitator, career advisor and Certified Scrum Master. Bożena sees her role in empowering her clients to explore their natural resources thus creating space to experiment and discover new effective behaviours. She mainly works with managers, IT specialists and entrepreneurs, assisting them to achieve ambitious goals, as well as to develop their soft skills. The development process she conducts is based on client’s strengths while goals are examined for conformity with clients natural susceptibility. She supports her clients in developing interpersonal skills as well as competencies that are crucial to operate in their respective roles and attain leadership positions.
Using knowledge about psychological aspects of human behaviour in relationships, she helps her coachees to manage difficult interpersonal issues, to utilize energy trapped in conflict in a creative way, and finally, to build effective and cooperating teams.
Bożena ensures her clients a save transition through the process of personal and/or organisational change. She encourages her clients to experiment while looking at their problem or situation from many different perspectives. This creates a platform to implement new constructive behaviours.
Bożena gained her coaching skills studying at one of the most respectful coaching schools accredited by International Coach Federation, The Coaches Training Institute in London. She also completed postgraduate studies in business psychology at the Leon Koźminski Academy (ALK) in Warsaw.
Bożena serves as a mentor for young entrepreneurs within Youth Business Poland, a programme operating under the auspices of HRH the Prince of Wales. She also is TEDx conference co-organizer, her responsibility is to to organize coaching support for the speakers.
