Ewa Gowin
Ewa has ten years of work experience in project and product management. In Allegro she was co-creator of the first project department in the company history. In time she took charge of the whole project portfolio in PayU and Allegro classifieds. Since 2011 Ewa has been working as a Lean Agile Coach. In this time she was supporting transformation in Allegro and PayU coaching at least a dozen teams beginning to work with scrum and at the same time working as a scrum master in one of Allegro’s teams. For almost three years now she is supporting IT Operations in improving work using kanban.
Ewa is certified product owner and scrum master. She is co-author of scrum and kanban trainings conducted for a few hundred workers in Allegro Group. Ewa is also co-founder of agile247.pl. In agile she is mostly interested in people and interactions for she believes there’s nothing impossible for well-knit team.
