Ivana Gancheva

Ivana Gancheva is a research scientist at the SINTEF research foundation in Norway. She has extensive experience with agile and lean methodologies and practices in various roles as a developer, project manager and an independent organizational coach working both with established companies and startups. She also speaks at and organizes Norwegian and European conferences and events, focused on leadership, software development and entrepreneurship, which promote community building and collaboration.
