Iza has 4+ experience in working with product, operations and infrastructure teams. For over 8 years she has been engaged in E-commerce. She started her adventure with agile as a Product Owner of a start-up in Allegro Group and has continued as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. She helps a group of people become a real team, define their goals and find the most effective ways to achieve them. She works with teams using Scrum or Kanban and the best lean and agile practices.
She is co-author of scrum and kanban workshops and trainings. She is a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. Iza shares her experience on agile247.pl website.
