Workshop—Facilitation unplugged

Facilitation has been around for quite some time but it’s harder to master than it seems. Especially that the facilitator’s role is frequently misunderstood.
I want to help you to understand what the facilitator really does and to show the fundamentals of facilitator’s skills and competences. We will achieve it by going through the participatory values, facilitator’s competences and design principles of effective agendas.
The aim of this workshop is to understand the facilitator’s role in effective group decision-making and support them in this process, not to learn some hacks to force people to produce dozens of actionable items on every meeting. Although I’ll share with you a number of practical tips, field experience and useful tools.
