Workshop—Enhance your User Stories with Design Thinking
“There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all” Peter F. Drucker
The creation of personas is both an Agile and Design Thinking technique which enables a deeper understanding of the users’ motivations, expectations, goals and feelings. The reason why it’s so important to do it right is that this is where you’re saying why the feature you’re proposing to build makes sense.
You will walk in the shoes of the customer, creating a backlog that expresses solutions through a user point of view. During the workshop you will focus on creating proper personas, problem scenarios, value propositions and a human centric product backlog.
The workshop is dedicated especially to Product Owners/stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Development Teams and PMs, however everybody interested in the topic is warmly welcome.
