Is Spotify a good example?

Spotify is ten years old and yet with new features like Discover Weekly, Party or Running we continue innovating like a young startup and keep gaining users and popularity. We are also very open about our approach to product and software development. Henrik Kniberg’s and Anders Ivarsson's article and Spotify Engineering Culture videos seem to have inspired many organisations on their own journey into agility. But is Spotify really agile? Join me to try and explore what’s under the surface.
