I am an Agile Coach, Trainer and Consultant focused on bridging the gap between IT and Business.
During my career I was a software developer, Scrum Master, leader, coach, facilitator, UX designer, Product Manager and, most importantly, business owner. I cofounded and developed SoftwareMill a unique, fully distributed 20+ company
without managers where everyone works remotely.
I share my knowledge and experience to support software development teams and companies in becoming more effective by using Agile/Lean approach, building close relationship with their clients and focusing on business value delivered. As a personal coach I support people with IT background running or willing to start their own business.
Apart from work you may find me spending time with my family or running somewhere in Park Skaryszewski or practicing B.K.S. Iyengar yoga.

3) coaching / faciliation
It gives you insights on what works and what doesn’t work (for the team and for you personally) in these approaches.
