He gained his knowledge of the corporate world by working at the HQ and managing field operations in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Robert believes that coaching is a radical act, and he works with his clients with full dedication. He coaches business executives across variety of industry and service sectors. He has solid experience in addressing issues relating to individual development, cross-cultural management and business growth considerations. He gained his coaching skills by completing The Coaches Training Institute ICF accredited programme.
Robert specializes in executive and performance coaching. He also coaches high potential individuals and helps them attain managerial seniority. Due to his extensive business background he feels at ease with big issues, big numbers and large scale operations.
He likes challenging people by asking them to wear different shoes and hats and walking them through various perspectives. This is based on his firm belief that everybody is 100% right, but what is right for one may not always be 100% right for others. This approach usually helps to balance the needs of the individual and business objectives of the organization.
